The programs of Kiwano focus on developing the positive skills, attitudes and behaviors to the youths. This youth program will generate a sense of responsibility, integrity values, promote awareness and community works among youths. The activities involved in this program will include the activities in which the youths will lead in planning and carrying out a search of community resources for youths.

The programs will also provide youths to work on the ability to motivate others. They will have the ability to share power and distribute tasks. Youths will be motivated to work with a team and resolve conflict. They will also manage, change and improve the values.
